Refund & Return Policy

Cambuy (operated by Basuri Gadgets Store Private Limited) offers both brand new and verified pre-owned photography and electronic products. Returns are accepted only under the conditions defined below.

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product is Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

  • Product is defective or not working

  • Wrong or incorrect item received

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection or preference

  • Price differences after purchase

  1. Return Window

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • If a package appears tampered, it must be refused at the time of delivery

  1. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is required, clearly showing the sealed package, opening process, and product condition. Requests without this evidence will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be in the same condition as delivered. For new items, the product must be unused, unworn, and free from scratches, damage, or alterations.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original packaging, including box, tags, warranty cards, manuals, and protective materials.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or invoice must be provided.

  • No Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

  1. Pre-Owned / Used Products

For verified pre-owned or used items:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Products must match original grading and condition

  • Normal signs of usage consistent with grading are acceptable

  1. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been damaged after delivery

  • Serial numbers are tampered or altered

  • Accessories or packaging are missing

  • Return is initiated without prior approval

  1. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us

  • No returns are accepted outside the eligible conditions stated above

  1. Replacement and Refund

  • Replacement will be provided if stock is available

  • If replacement is not available, refund will be issued

  1. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Refund includes product value only

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer to the buyer’s account

  1. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Mandatory unboxing photos or video
