7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused or unopened

  • Tags must be intact

  • It must be in original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We discourage unnecessary returns as they cause financial loss to the seller, increase fuel consumption, and harm the environment.


7-Day Return for Specific Issues

We offer 7-day returns for the following valid reasons:

  • Physical damage to the product

  • Product is non-functional or not working

  • Incorrect item received

Important:

  • You must record a proper unboxing video

  • Used items are returnable only in case of functional defects

  • Once refund is finalized, delivery charges will be deducted, and the refund will be processed after resale of the product


General Return Policy

You may return items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Missing components/accessories

  • Defective

  • Not as described

For electronics (mobile, laptop, TV, appliances), we may send a technician to verify the issue. A solution will be provided based on their evaluation.

Conditions:

  • Product must not be damaged while in your possession

  • Return in original condition (box, MRP tag, manual, warranty card, and accessories)

  • Product must match the one you received

⚠️ Make sure to delete all personal data from returned electronic devices. Cambuy.in is not responsible for data misuse.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Buyer remorse cases (wrong model/color ordered)

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related products


Replacements & Refunds

  • Products will be replaced only if the exact item is in stock

  • If not, a refund will be issued

⏱️ Notify us within 7 days if you received a non-returnable item in a damaged or defective condition


Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • Refunds will be made to your bank account via NEFT

  • Share your bank details from your registered email

  • Refunds cannot be sent to third-party accounts

Cheque Refunds:

  • Issued via AXIS Bank at-par cheques

  • Follow bank guidelines for clearance

We will email the tracking details of your cheque within 4 business days of processing the refund.


Issues and Damages

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If it is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable / Exempt Items

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty/hygiene)

  • Hazardous goods (vapors, flammable liquids)

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale


Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the current item and place a new order after approval.


Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

Include your order number and reason (optional).

Cancellation Charges:

  • A) COD order, cancelled within 2 hours → No fee

  • B) COD order, cancelled after 2 hours → Booking fee non-refundable

  • C) Prepaid order, not shipped → 5% of order value or ₹200 (whichever is higher)

  • D) Prepaid order, already shipped → 20% of order value or ₹800 (whichever is higher)

  • E) Prepaid custom-made/pre-ordered item → 20% of order value or ₹800; refund only after resale
