  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of ₹10,000 and above.

  • Standard Charge: For orders below ₹10,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.

 

Shipping Partners and Tracking

 

  • Trusted Carriers: We partner with reliable logistics providers, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other trusted carriers, to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via both email and SMS. You can use this number on our website or directly on the carrier’s website to check the live status of your delivery.

 

Delivery Responsibility

 

  • Accurate Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including pin code and contact number. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner will typically attempt delivery two times. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. Please contact customer support immediately to reschedule delivery or arrange an alternate solution.

 

Damages, Defects, and Returns

 

  • Inspection upon Receipt: If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will promptly review the issue and arrange a replacement or issue a refund in strict accordance with our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
