Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders of ₹10,000 and above.

For orders below ₹10,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.

We work with reliable logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website to check delivery status.
Delivery Address
Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partner will attempt delivery two times. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Contact customer support to reschedule delivery or arrange alternate pickup.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please follow our return process after delivery if you wish to return the item.
